"Old" formula fields will not be supported in future versions of Cube. As such, old formula fields need to be replaced with the "new" formula fields. If you see this message at the top of a process template, an old formula field exists in the template and needs to be replaced.
The best way to replace an old formula field with a new one is to first add a new formula field into the process template beside, or underneath the old formula field.
Name the new formula field similar to the old formula field but add the suffix "nff" (new formula field) to identify the new field for comparison to the old. For further instruction on using the new formula field click here.
Now that there is an old and new formula field in the template, click Calculate formulas.
After calculation, go to a form in the process and ensure that the field values for your old and new formula fields match.
Since the old and new formula field values match you can safely delete the old formula field.
If the old formula field is used in a view, custom layout, or widget the old formula field will have to be replaced with the new formula field. If you require a list of the places old formula fields are used in your subscription contact support at email@example.com.
Edit the new formula field and delete the suffix "nff."
If the old formula field was in a view, custom layout, or widget replace it with the new formula field.
