You can add an agency manually by clicking on this button. The wizard will allow you to create an agency name and after a contact name. You have the option to make the contact a manager, rep, both manager & rep (you will only be charged for manager user fees when checking off both).
If you have a lot of agencies you can also import your agencies.
- If you plan on commissioning this agency you need to have at least 1 Rep user.
- You can setup as many Agencies and Reps as you like, this does not affect your MRC.
Only when you enable a user, the fees for that user will be added to your invoice!
Click +Add an agency.
Enter an agency name
Enter the First name and Last name of the Primary contact. If the user will be logging on to view commissions and receive adjustments or referrals you will have to leave the is also a manager checked as only a manager user is able to see referrals and adjustments.
If you want the agent to log on to your RPM and view commissions: choose Invite by email (default), enter the agent email address. Finish. This will send an email to the agent with a link that will allow them to create their own password and log on to your RPM.
A unique username is required warning
It can happen that the automatically generated username (combination of first and last name) is already taken. You can modify the username however you see fit by either removing part of the first or last name or simply adding numbers to the name. Finish when done.
